Section 1: Badges, buttons & other uniform related artefacts
This section contains a selection of uniform cap and lapel badges, buttons and apparel which were worn by Company staff in the 'Tilling' era.
Section 2: Time table cases and enamel signs
This section contains a selection of time table cases as used in bus stations, shelters and affixed to bus stop flag poles and enamel signs relating to the Company's parcel service, along with time table case header plates.

This section contains a selection of time tables from the 1930s, 1940s, 1950s, 1960s & the early 1970s.

Section 7: Dockets, vouchers and passes
This section contains a miscellany of various internal Company duty dockets, vouchers and passenger passes.
Section 8: Tickets
This section contains examples of the many different ticket types issued by the Eastern Counties Omnibus Company during the 'Tilling' era. (Examples include Bell Punch, Willebrew, TIM and Setright Speed)
Section 9: Parcels service labels and passengers' luggage labels
This section contains examples of the labels issued by the Company to identify parcels sent by bus and those affixed to passengers' luggage when travelling by express coach or on overnight coach holidays.
Section 10: Miscellaneous company artefacts
Here you will find images of ticket machines, waybills and a host of other miscellaneous items which do not fit into any of the above categories.
Section 11: Employees' conditions of service booklets
From it's formation in 1931, the Company issued small pocket sized booklets as per the photograph on the right, detailing the conditions of service which all drivers and conductors had to adhere to. Also included here is a Trade Union 'Memorandum of Agreement' booklet from 1947.

Here you will find a selection of models of 'Tilling' era Eastern Counties vehicles.
Most of these are available to purchase on the open market.
Section 13: Passengers' rules and regulations
Here you will find the rules and regulations laid down by the Company regarding the carriage of passengers on its stage carriage and express services.
Section 14: Closure of central works - auction catalogue
On Thursday, 12th March 1987, the Company closed their central engineering works and body shop located behind Head Office at the bottom of Cremorne Lane in Norwich.
The Company instructed Noel D. Abel, Auctioneers, to sell off all the workshop equipment, vehicle spares and stores, etc., which were deemed by them to be surplus to requirements.
A well attended public auction to this effect took place at 11am on Thursday, 12th March 1987, which resulted in the total clearance of the works.
