Employee's instructions & conditions of service . . .
From it's formation in 1931, the Company's management issued small pocket sized booklets to all employees, detailing 'conditions of service' which they were required to adhere to.
The Transport & General Workers' Union was the representative body for the majority of people employed in the road passenger transport industry. On this page you will find a 'Memorandum of Agreement' between the Company and the T&GWU detailing rates of pay and conditions of employment.
